Jeff Sefton

Jeff Sefton enjoys sharing his knowledge of property management system evaluation and implementation and is currently Director of Client Services for RSI International, a hospitality software development and service company. Jeff got started in the Lodging Software Industry in 1989 as an Installer and Trainer, and has been involved in well over 100 property management system installations which include web-based and server-based systems. Jeff is also well versed in Online Booking Engines, Central Reservations, Global Distribution Systems and Owner Accounting Software.

Prior to his current position, Jeff worked as a member of the Tech Team upgrade implementation group and completed the interface conversions for Starwood Hotels under the Westin, Sheraton and Four Points brands.

Jeff has also been Manager of Computer Services for a corporate services company that provided a source of public records searching and filing services using electronic access to Public Records Information. This included Land Titles, BC Assessments and Personal Property.

Getting started in hospitality industry in Toronto; Jeff has held various hotel rooms division front-line and management positions.

Jeff has a Certificate in Hotel Operations from the Constellation College of Hospitality and a Certificate in Advanced Project Management from Langara College.
